Our own house!

After 6 months of waiting, anticipation and tons of sibeh ma fan applications + submitting of documents, we finally booked a unit of our own!

Applied for Sales of balance in Nov 2014 under Sengkang town.
We actually shortlisted Compassvale Mast, Compassvale Boardwalk and Compassvale Helms.
Got our ballot number 61 out of 112 units in February 15.
Waited for the HDB package wait until durian drop and we finally decided to call HDB to ask.
Got to know our selection date which is 13 May 2015 and have been visiting the SOB unit available page almost everyday.

Couldn't sleep last night. I got to know from Tessa that the selection of unit doesn't follow the appointment time because she reached at 2pm when her appt is at 3.45pm and she managed to book at 2.30pm. And so, in order to maximise our chances of getting our 1st choice, I decided to be the most kiasu applicant to reach at 830am instead of 1130am HAHAHAH.

Upon reaching, the lady at reception was like: you are VERY early~ when she saw our appointment time. And followed by: Anyway it's according to appointment time, chances of you being called earlier is very slim.

Okay lor. Wait lor what to do. So we went to see the OUR NICE HOME dummy flats. Hai hao la not veryyyyy awesome. After that had our breakfast and went back to wait for our turn.

I swear its a super long wait sia. every single minute im praying that no one takes up my 293A. PREASE PREASE PREASE. and im very glad that alot of people wished me good luck, some even gt as excited as me. haha.

But once the joy of being able to select the flat dies down, reality hit us ---> $$$$

HLE loan, down payment etc etc and most of all..

WE NEED TO ROM BY END OF THIS YEAR

SIMISAI?! JIANG FAST!!! I was still thinking aiya neh mind. Next year den do oso can.

So yea, we went to open our joint account (like finally after procastinating for 3 months).

TIME TO SAVE BIG TIME AND PLAN FOR ROM LO~
